Yep, your read that correct. Slacker! I have been one a bit. Either way I will get into it a bit. I has been over a month since my last post and I am not living up to my own plan of having something up at least once a week. Life gets in the way or maybe I just get in my own way. As I sit here in Starbucks and sip my coffee I can think of plenty of opportunities that I have had to put some content out there. Anyway…
Training. Well, training has been half ass if I am honest with myself. I have made to many excuses as to why I cannot do something or get into gym. Ultimately I am only accountable to myself. I actually had to pray about it today and ask for God’s help on getting me back on track. On top of that I had a nice long hard talk with myself. I asked myself a few questions. What would you feel like if you did not complete the IM due to my own lack of training? What would others think if you did not complete the IM you so often have talked about and hyped up? Would I be a failure? I honestly do not want to answer any of those questions. Its not that I have not been training…..It is that I have not been giving it my all and following my coaches orders. I mean why pay for a coach if you are not going to listen? Maybe I need to go back and read one of my old post from before. I m pretty sure I talked about this.
I have had several great things happen here lately. Real estate has been extremely busy for me and my business is picking up so please remember if you know anyone looking to buy or sell a house please send them my way. My business depends on your referrals.
I got notice the other day from Hammer Nutrition that they had selected me as one of the brand Ambassadors for 2016! I honestly was shocked they did and elated all at the same time. So if you are in need of any great Hammer Nutrition products hit me up and I can get you a nice discount on your purchase and I can educate you about all the products they carry.
So far I have Give’r, Hammer Nutrition, Zero Prostate Cancer and myself for accountability partners in my journey to IM 70.3 Choo. When I sit back and think about this it is a bit overwhelming at times but this is what I signed up for, to challenge myself like never before.
I also need to tell you my last blog post about what I learned in 5 months of not drinking was overwhelming from the responses I received. It was exciting and truly humbling. That post alone did more for me and a few others than I ever thought it would. So thank you for that. And YES…I have crossed the 6 month threshold. Woot woot!
Hey, great catching up and yes I will blog more often. I had a friend last night tell me to stop thinking about the content so much and to just write from my heart like I did on my last post. So that is the plan. Thanks for that Adam Narloch. Check out his new podcast on itunes store its called The Deconstructionists or his website https://www.thedeconstructionists.com

Great stuff man. Sharing is what it’s all about. That’s how we all grow. We share, we receive, we share more, we receive more. It’s amazing!
Thanks for the plug!
